SHIPPING
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and now trucking shortages due to convoys and strikes, we are noticing shipping delays from pick up to the final delivery.
TGT will coordinate to arrange transport shipping on your behalf and will provide you with contact information for the carrier of your freight so you have access to tracking and contact information. We will also request at the time of shipping that you are to receive email updates on the freight moving but recommend calling in daily once the freight has left our grounds to assure that the information you are receiving via email is accurate.
Production Delays
At the time of your order, we will likely give you an estimated completion date. We can assure you that we will do our very best to stick as closely as humanly possible to the dates given. However, due to all the delays that the world is currently experiencing we are not able to guarantee any completion times.
